Cucumber, Bell Pepper, And Mung Bean Sprout Salad
Ingredients
- 1 x peeled cucumber 1/4 inch dice
- 1 x green bell pepper 1/4 inch dice
- 1 c. fresh raw mung bean sprouts
- 1 pkt Hidden Valley nonfat Blue Cheese Dressing nonfat yogurt
Directions
- Sufficient dressing to lightly coat, toss all ingredients together.
- For dressing, I made up the Hidden Valley fatfree blue cheese dressing, using liquid removed non-fat yogurt in place of buttermilk - I never have buttermilk around, and besides, I like it thicker.
