Ingredients

  • 1 c. leftover rice, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. frzn peas
  • 4 ounce. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • Garlic pwdr and salt

Directions

  1. Add in peas, water chestnuts, and seasonings; stir fry over high heat with chicken broth. Toss in rice and heat thoroughly. Makes 2 servings. 1 c. serving provides 151 calories, 85% carbohydrates, 14% protein, and 1% fat.
