    Everybody is aware of the health benefits an apple brings into one's daily life.To add taste to their health quotient, apples bring tremendous flavour to any recipes.This one is a healthy apple crisp recipe which can be prepared in a jiffy....and eaten without guilt.

    Ingredients

    • 4 med apples,sliced very thinly
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon powder mixed.

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 225 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Organize apple slices on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and apples.
    2. Bake for 1 hour until apples are golden crisp and brown in colour. Serve hot or store in apple tight containers. They can last for 5 days at a stretch.
