Crunchy, Creamy Red Potatoes

- 1 lb. Small Red Potatoes
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil
- 2 Tbls. Butter
- Garlic Salt
- Fresh Rosemary
- (adjust ingredients according to potato amount)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450
- Wash and half red potatoes
- Melt butter and pour on bottom of a baking dish
- Spread potatoes out in dish (careful not to overfill so that they get crunchy and not steamed)
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes
- Season with garlic salt
- Sprinkle with generous amounts of rosemary
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour
