  • Crunch And Raisin Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour unsifted
    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine room Temp. (1 stick)
    • 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
    • 1 c. Sugar
    • 1 c. Light brown sugar hard pack
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 x Large eggs
    • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
    • 2 1/2 c. Granola
    • 1 c. Raisins

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Combine flour, baking soda and salt on piece of wax paper; stir to mix well. Beat together butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and lowfat milk till smooth. Stir in flour mix till well blended. Gently fold in granola and raisins. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated moderate oven 350 F for 12-15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
    2. Remove to wire racks to cold.
    3. Yield: About 7 dozen.
