Ingredients

  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 x 16 ounce tub lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 lrg can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1 x yellow onion diced
  • 1 bag mixed frzn vegetables (i used broccoli, red peppers and mushrooms)
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 3 c. diced uncooked boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine in crockpot: Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or possibly low 3-4 hrs
