Crockpot Chicken Breasts 1
Ingredients
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour bacon slices
Directions
- Wrap one uncooked bacon slice around each chicken piece and put them in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix the lowfat sour cream and undiluted cream of chicken soup and 1 Tbsp flour and pour over the chicken. Cook on low about 6 hrs. Serve over rice, noodles or possibly mashed potatoes.
