Crockpot Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb beef stew meat, R-Tablespoons-C cut in 1" pcs
- 4 med potato -- cubed
- 4 med carrot -- sliced
- 1 med onion -- minced
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped 21 1/ 2 ounces low sodium tomato soup, canned 10 3/4 ounces each
- 2 can water -- soup cans
- 1 c. Burgundy
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry sage
- 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x bay leaves
Directions
- Coat stew meat with flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Place in crockpot.
- Place rest of the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly on high for 4 to 5 hrs. Remove bay leaves before serving.
