  • Crockpot Beef Stew

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb beef stew meat, R-Tablespoons-C cut in 1" pcs
    • 4 med potato -- cubed
    • 4 med carrot -- sliced
    • 1 med onion -- minced
    • 2 clv garlic -- chopped 21 1/ 2 ounces low sodium tomato soup, canned 10 3/4 ounces each
    • 2 can water -- soup cans
    • 1 c. Burgundy
    • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 tsp dry oregano
    • 1/2 tsp dry basil
    • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
    • 1/2 tsp dry sage
    • 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 x bay leaves

    Directions

    1. Coat stew meat with flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Place in crockpot.
    2. Place rest of the ingredients in the crockpot.
    3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly on high for 4 to 5 hrs. Remove bay leaves before serving.
