Crockpot Basic Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 lb Pot roast or possibly rump roast Seasoned salt
- 7 x Potatoes -- quartered
- 7 x Carrots, pared -- cut 2" Piece
- 5 med Onions -- peel/halve
- 3/4 c. Water
- 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- Season meat well with seasoned salt. Place 1/2 of vegetables in bottom of removable liner; place meat on top of vegetables; add in remaining vegetables.
- Add in crushed bouillon cubes to 3/4 c. water and pour over vegetables and meatin liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on auto 9 hrs; or possibly low 10-12 hrs; or possibly high 6-7 hrs.
