Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 c. catsup
- 2 c. gingerale
- 30 to 40 frzn meatballs or possibly homemade meatballs (see recipe below)
- 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly oatmeal
- 2 T parsley
- 1 T salt
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Put together catsup and gingerale in slow cooker. Add in meatballs, sauce should cover all meatballs. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs, medium 6 to 8 hrs, or possibly high 4 to 6 hrs.
- Put together all ingredients and form into balls.
