Crock Pot Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 c. (about) flour
- 1/2 c. (about) oil
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape into balls. Roll in flour. Brown in a small amount of oil in skillet. Place in crock pot. Mix soup with 1 1/2 c. water in bowl. Pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 4 hrs.
