Crock Pot Goulash
This is super easy. You can use fresh or frozen veggies, but if you use frozen make sure to add 1/2 c of water to the crock pot. Ingredients
- 4-5 potatoes, peeled & minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1-2 sliced carrots
- Corn
- Peas
- 1 pound hamburger
- Salt & pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Starting with potatoes ending with peas, layer vegetables in crock pot.
- Place raw hamburger on top of vegetables
- Pour over the tomato soup.
- Cook on high 4-5 hrs or possibly low 6-8 hrs.
