Crock Pot German Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 2 x potatoes sliced
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. diced green peppers
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil Minced fresh parsley Sliced bacon cooked, crumbled
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except parsley and bacon. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hrs in crock pot. Add in sugar if needed.
- Garnish with bacon and parsley.
