Crock Pot Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 2 dozen tortillas
- 20 ounce. can enchilada sauce
- Onion
- Olives
- 1 c. oil
- Cheese
- Chili con carne (optional)
Directions
- Cut tortillas in squares. Put oil in deep pan, heat, add in onions. Cook about 1 minute. Add in tortillas. Pour in sauce. Add in olives and onions, mix well. Pour in crock pot and heat through. Add in cheese to serve.
