Crock Pot Corned Beef
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound corned beef brisket
- Water
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 head cabbage
Directions
- Place corned beef in slow cooking pot. Barely cover with water. Add in onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hrs. Serves 6 to 8.
- For Cabbage: Place cabbage wedges around beef for last 30 min or possibly cooking time or possibly till done.
