Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork, cubed - pork chops work well, so does canned pork
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • Sm. can diced jalapenos
  • Sm. can diced green chilies
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Brown pork in oil. Add in flour. Stir till pork is coated and flour is brown. Put the pork and all other ingredients in the crock pot and simmer till pork is soft - 3 to 4 hrs on high or possibly 6 to 7 hrs on low -- low is preferable.
