Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. stew meat in 1" cubes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic or possibly minced onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 sliced carrots
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

Directions

  1. Put meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and add in to meat and stir to coat meat. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hrs or possibly on High for 4 to 6 hrs. Stir well before serving.
