Crock Pot Beef Roast

Would make delicious open faced sandwiches or over potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-3 lb.) beef roast
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper roast and place in crock pot.
  2. Empty both cans of soup over roast.
  3. Cook slowly for 6-8 hrs depending on size of roast.
  4. When done, just pull roast apart and serve.
