Crock Pot Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound dry navy beans (soak overnight)
- 2 quart. water
- 1 pound ham and bones
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery leaves
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs.
