Cristina's Ravioli And Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pkt Round won ton skins
- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 1 box frzn creamed spinach, defrosted
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Parmesan Salt and pepper
Directions
- Directions: Combine all ingredients, except won ton skins. Lay out skins in single layer. Brush skins with water and place a tsp. of filling on each skin. Dip second won ton skin in water and place on top of filled skin. Squeeze closed or possibly use a pastry cutter to connect edges. Place on floured baking sheet and chill till ready to use. Place in boiling water for 2 min. Remove carefully with a small strainer. Serve with favorite sauce and fresh basil.
