crispy pesto potatoes
Ingredients
- 10 lbs fresh red blish potatoes
- 1 quart pesto
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
- preheat broiler - line baking sheet with heavy duty foil
- place hot potatoes and pesto in a large bowl - toss and coat
- spread otatoes on baking sheet
- broil about 5 inches from heat for 10-12 minuted or until potatoes are lightly browned
