Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 med potatoes Scrubbed and cut in 6 wedges each
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- In an 11x7x1 1/2- or possibly 9x9x2 inch baking pan, combine melted margarine or possibly butter, garlic salt, and pepper. Place potatoes, cut side down in melted margarine mix in baking pan; turn each wedge over to coat. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly until tender and cut sides of potatoes are browned and crispy, turning potatoes once during baking. Salt lightly and serve while warm.
