Ingredients

4 croissants 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 2 Tbl mayo or salad dressing 1 Tbl chopped pimento

1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper 2 slices bacon cucumber slices

Directions

1. combine all ingredients except bacon and cucumbers
2. top croissants with bacon and cucumber slices
