Crescent Dinner Roll Bars
Ingredients
- 2 lg. pkg. crescent dinner rolls
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Spread 1 package rolls into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Cream together the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread mix on top of rolls in pan; top with the other package of rolls. Beat egg white till frothy, not stiff, fold in brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread on top of rolls and sprinkle with minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
