Ingredients

  • 8 x French style crepes
  • 1 1/2 c. cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 6 x oranges icing sugar

Directions

  1. Grate 1 tsp orange rind.
  2. Peel and segment oranges. You should have about 1 1/2 c. segments.
  3. Whip cream till stiff. Mix in sugar, vanilla, Grand Marnier, orange with juice and grated rind.
  4. Spoon about 1-2 tblsp of orange cream onto one end of crepe and roll up. Place on a flat baking tray.
  5. Dust liberally with icing sugar and place under a warm grill 1 minute to glaze. Very high heat is required.
  6. Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
  7. Crepes and cream can be prepared in advance.
