Creole Salad Dressing

Good with Mesclun mix or Romaine.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs. Creole mustard
2 tbs. chopped scallions

3 tbs. buttermilk
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients together and put in the fridge for several hours.
