• Creme De Menthe Cake

    • 1 pkt white cake mix prepared according to package directions
    • 5 Tbsp. green creme de menthe divided
    • 1 can chocolate fudge sauce (11 3/4 ounce.)
    • 1 pkt frzn whipped topping (8 ounce.) thawed


    1. Add in 3 Tbsp. creme de menthe to prepared cake mix. Stir well till batter is smooth. Bake according to package directions for 9x13-inch pan. When done, set cake aside to cold. Top with fudge sauce. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe into whipped topping. Spread on cake over fudge sauce. Keep refrigerated.
    2. Makes 18-24 servings.
    3. Joyce Says: This is a hit wherever it's served. My family really enjoys it. The combination of chocolate and mint compliment each other. It's a cold desert but is very good in the winter months also.
