  • Creamy Seafood Spinach & Artichoke Dip

    Ingredients

    • 2 cans artichoke hearts (in water)
    • 1 can water chestnuts, minced
    • 1 package frzn spinach
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 c. of Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 c. of Romano cheese
    • 1 tbsp parsley
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    • 1-2 c. of crab (or possibly artificial crab)
    • dash of salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.Chop artichoke hearts, garlic, water chestnuts, crab and put into a large bowl.
    2. Defrost frzn spinach and drain all excess water. Chop again and add in to bowl. Add in the cheese, parsley, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, salt and pepper, as desired.
    3. Mix together, put the mix into an oven safe dish (preferably a glass pie dish). Top with more cheese if you like!
    4. Pop in the oven for about 20-30 min. (This recipe can be prepared in advance and then cooked the next day if you like)
