Creamy Ranch Potatoes
- 2 lb small red potatoes quartered
- 1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce) softened
- 1 env buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
- 1 can condensed cream of potato soup (10 3/4 ounce)
- Place potatoes in a 3.5 qt crockery cooker. In a small bowl combine cream cheese and salad dressing mix. Stir in soup. Add in potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 - 9 hrs or possibly on high heat for 3.5 to 4.5 hrs. Stir to blend before serving.
