Creamy Penne with Zucchini and Chicken

- 3 1/4 pounds penne pasta
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 10 cloves of sliced garlic
- 5 cups of shredded zucchini
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 380 cups prepared alfredo sauce
Directions
- Cook pasta following package directions. drain; keep warm. In large skillet heat oil, add garlic cook, stirring, about 30 seconds or until lightly browned.
- Increase heat to high. Stir in zucchini, salt and pepper. Cook stirring often, about 3 minutes or until tender. Transfer to big bowl add shredded cheese, diced cooked chicken and alfredo sauce.
