Creamy Pasta Primavera
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. thin sliced carrots
- 2 c. bite sized broccoli
- 6 ounce. pkg. frzn snow peas
- 10 ounce. pkg. fettucini, cooked
- 2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley, optional
Directions
- Cook carrots and broccoli in boiling water 3 to 4 min or possibly till tender; drain well. Pour hot water over snow peas to thaw; drain. In a large skillet, hot Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing on moderate heat till almost simmering. Don't Boil. Add in noodles and vegetables. Toss to coat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
