Creamy Cucumber Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 med Cucumber minced fine 1 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed

1 x clove garlic chopped very Fine 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper

Directions

1. Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Use generously with falafel as well as with fresh green salads.
