Creamy Crab And Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh lump crabmeat -- shell pcs removed
- 1/3 c. low-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x (14-oz) can artichoke hearts - liquid removed
- 1 clv garlic -- chopped
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
- Spoon mix into a 1-qt casserole. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and vent.
- Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 6 to 7 min, rotating the dish a half-turn after 3 min.

- Serving Ideas: Serve hot with bagel or possibly pita chips.
