Ingredients

  • 4 med Potato, cubed
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) Frzn peas
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in saucepan; cover with water and cook till tender. Cook peas according to package directions, adding the sugar. Meanwhile, heat margarine in a saucepan; add in flour, salt and pepper stir to create a paste. Gradually whisk in lowfat milk. Stir in onion and garlic pwdr. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Cook till thick and bubbly. Drain potatoes and peas; add in to creamed mix, stir till well coated, garnish with parsly flakes if you like..
