Creamed Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (save some for topping)
Directions
- Combine all above in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
