Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can Cream corn
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 2 x Large eggs

Directions

  1. Ingredients can be mixed in the pan to be packed in. Stir till all ingredients are mixed well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or possibly 15-18 min in a microwave on full power. This is very moist and keeps, and reheats well.
