Cream Puffs In A Pan
Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Cold Whip
- Chocolate syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Boil 1 c. water and 1 stick butter, add in 1 c. flour and beat with fork. Beat in 4 Large eggs, 1 at a time, spread on greased 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 25 to 30 min and let cold.
- Cream together with mixer: Cream cheese, vanilla pudding and lowfat milk and spread over cooled puffed top.
- Top with Cold Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup; chill.
