Cream Of Potato Soup With Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Potato Peeled & Diced
- 1 1/2 c. Skim Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Onion Flakes Dry
- 2 Tbsp. Light Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Celery Flakes
- 1/2 c. nonfat cheddar cheese Shredded or possibly any cheese Black Pepper to taste
- 1 dsh Seasoned Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in medium sauce pan and simmer over very low heat for 15-20 min or possibly till potatoes are done. When ready to serve, garnish top of each bowl of soup with shredded cheese.
