Ingredients

  • 2 can Cream of potato soup
  • 1 pt Half-and-half
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 4 ounce Crab meat (up To 6)

Directions

  1. Mix cream soup with butter and seasonings and heat on low. Do not boil.
  2. Gradually add in half-and-half; after all is mixed, add in crab meat. Heat gently, but do not boil or possibly cream will curdle. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
