Cream Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- (from cake mix)
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1 pkt of (8 ounce) cream cheese softened
- 1 x egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkt (18.5 ounce) yellow or possibly devils food cake mix
Directions
- Cream butter and cheese; blend in egg yolk and vanilla. Add in cake mix( dry)
- 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition (if mixer is used add in last thirdof cake mix by hand). Cover and refrigeratefor 30 min. Heat oven to 375 deg.
- drop by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased baking sheet, Bake 8 to 10 min or possibly till light brown. Cold slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
