• Crazy Amazing Crispy Chicken Fingers

    Deep-fried breaded chicken is one of the simple joys in life. Done right it can bring back happy childhood memories of family gatherings or picnics at the park. Everyone thinks the way they do it is the best way and I'm no different. Enjoy.


    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 kg of chicken breasts -- filleted
    • 1 all-in-one seasoning
    • 10 crackers, crushed
    • 1 cup of flour
    • 2 cups of oil for frying


    1. 1. Slice the chicken breasts into quarter-inch strips.
    2. 2. Pound the strips using a mallet or the handle of your knife.
    3. 3. Place the strips into a bowl and season with the All-in-One MAGGI seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 5 mins.
    4. 4. While waiting for the chicken, heat the oil.
    5. 5. Coat the chicken strips with flour, making sure all the parts are covered.
    6. 6. Dip the coated strips into the beaten eggs.
    7. 7. Next dip the strips into the crushed crackers
    8. 8. Fry until crispy brown.
    9. Note: The All-in-One MAGGI seasoning can be found in any Filipino grocery store near you. You can, if you prefer, substitute this with any all-purpose spice.
