Cranberry Salad Mold
Ingredients
- 2 pkt (3-ounce) raspberry-flavored jello
- 1 env Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Warm water
- 1 c. Cool water
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 c. Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. Sliced celery
- 1 x Apple, diced
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 c. cool water. dissolve the jello and salt in the warm water, then add in the cool water and lemon juice. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Then add in remainder of ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased mold and refrigeratetill hard.
