Cranberry - Port Wine Molded Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (3 ounce each) blackberry or possibly black cherry Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 lg. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple in juice (liquid removed)
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2/3 c. port wine

Directions

  1. Put together Jello with hot water.2. Add in cranberry sauce.
  2. Refrigerate in refrigerator till slightly thickened, approximately 1 hour and 15 min.
  3. Add in liquid removed pineapple, minced walnuts, diced celery and port wine.
  4. Pour into mold and refrigerate till ready to serve.
