Cranberry Pork Roast C/P
Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork roast Salt & pepper
- 1 c. Grnd or possibly finely minced Cranberries (or possibly craisons)
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/8 tsp Gound nutmeg
Directions
- 1) Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
- 2) Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- *NOTE: Made this 2/26/96 with a bone in butt roast for Clifford's BD. All 3 of us liked it a lot. Boneless or possibly pork loin roast may be used.
