Ingredients

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c. Minced cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts Confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. 6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in lowfat milk, butter, vinegar, orange rind and egg; mix well. Stir in Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 min. Cold 10 min; remove from pan. Cold completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
