Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quart lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. liquid Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. imitation vanilla extract
  • 1 1/8 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 12 ounce Nilla Wafers
  • 1 3/4 x bananas peeled
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Heat lowfat milk in pot to 170 degrees.
  2. Mix Large eggs, vanilla extract, flour and sugar in separate container. Add in mix to lowfat milk; cook till custard-like, stirring constantly.
  3. Spread Nilla Wafers on bottom of baking pan. Slice bananas and place over Nilla Wafers. Pour custard over cookies and bananas; cold.
  4. Spread Cold Whip over top.
