Crab Wonton Nibbles
Ingredients
- 8 ounce fresh crabmeat, well cleaned
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon A-1 sauce
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 36 wonton wrappers
Directions
- Put together cream cheese, A-1 sauce, scallions and pepper. Mix in crabmeat and blend well. Place heaping tsp of fold in center of wrapper. Fold corners, brush edges with beaten egg and pinch together. Beat oil in wok to 375 degrees and fry till golden, 3 min. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce or possibly hot mustard.
