    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt (6-8 ounce) frzn Alaska crab, thawed
    • 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
    • 3 Tbsp. Sliced green onions
    • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
    • 1/8 tsp Dry mustard
    • 1 dsh Fresh grnd pepper
    • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
    • 1 pkt Refrigerator crescent rolls

    Directions

    1. Drain and slice crab. Combine with cheese, green onions, parsley, mustard, pepper and mayonnnaise. Carefully unroll crescent roll dough; moisten and seal perforations. Gently roll out to create a 9" x 15" rectangle. Spread crab mix over dough to within 1" of edges.
    2. From long side, roll upjelly roll fashion, sealing well. Cut into 1/2" slices and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 min till golden brown. Serve hot.
    3. Yield: 2 dozen
