    A Healthy and mouth watering dish eaten with Rice

    Ingredients

    • Chilli Powder - 2 spoon or 5 Red Chillies
    • Coriander Powder - 2 spoon or 2 spoon Coriander Seeds
    • Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tea spoon
    • Peppercorns Black - 1 teaspoon
    • Cumin Seeds - 1 tea spoon
    • Cinnamon Stick - 1
    • Cloves - 2
    • Fennel Seeds - 1 tea spoon
    • Half grated Coconut
    • Crab In Shell - 1.5Kg
    • Curry Leaves - 1 bunch
    • Tamarind - 1 small piece
    • Garlic - 7
    • Green Chillies - 3
    • Onions - 1 large
    • Small Onions - 10
    • Tomato - 2
    • Brown Sugar or Jaggery - 1 tea Spoon

    Directions

    Clean the Crabs with salt and Turmeric Powder. Set aside.

    Cut the Big Onions and Small Onions into Small pieces

    Cut the Tomatoes into two

    For Grinding: Dry Roast grated Coconut, Fennel, Fenugreek, Pepper corns, Cumin. Red Chillies and Coriander seeds or Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder. After Roasting, Grind them all with One large Tomato and Garlic in a food processor to a thick ground masala paste using little water.

    Soak tamarind in water

    Marinate the Crab with the ground masala paste. Add salt

    Heat a Pan. Add chinnamon and Cloves. Add Curry Leaves. After Aroma, add Green Chillies, Small and Big Onions. Saute the onions. After the onions turn Golden brown, switch of the stove and use a hand blender to mash the onions. After this, switch on the Stove and add the tamarind water. Allow it to Boil. Now add the marinated crab.

    Cover the lid and cook for 10 min in medium flame. Add Jaggery

    Now open the lid and mix it well and again cover for 10 min in low flame. Check for cooked crab aroma. Check the consistancy and serve
