Crab Dip with Bacon and Fontina Cheese

- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1 pound cooked and chopped bacon
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tobasco sauce
- ½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place the cream cheese, heavy cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl and blend until the mixture is soft. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Place the dip in a greased ovenproof crock. Top with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until the top becomes brown, and the mixture boils around the edges.
- Serve with toast points or crackers.
